I reached out to Jason on Friday afternoon about a cockroach issue that I am having in my home. He was quick to respond and did not mind ALL of the questions I had. I am a person that tends to ask a lot of questions. Even after providing the service he was very quick to respond yet another question I had. I am pleased with all of the information he gave me while he was providing the service. Part of the service is for him to come back in a couple of weeks for a touch up, that is something I really liked. Finally, he sprayed outside for bigger cockroaches which wasn't part of the deal but he did so, anyway. Really appreciate the service, if you are considering his service go for it, support local!!

While doing our spring cleaning this year we contacted Quality Pet Solutions for a general pest consultation and spray. Bear was our technician. He is a local and I can't say enough about his professionalism. He was flexible when making our appointment. On our scheduled day he texted ahead of time to confirm our appointment. He arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We walked the property and he showed me things I should be aware of when it comes to pests. He applied a general spider pesticide (organic) to both the inside and outside of our perimeter. Thankfully he didn't see any major signs of intrusion or damage. He said these types of checks are good to do at least 2 times a year to keep your home free of pests. We will be calling Bear next time we need any pests removed.
